CLC proudly serves more than 670 acute care hospital customers across the country, including HCA, the VHA, and many Catholic and regional health systems. CLC was founded in 1993 and is a female-owned small business headquartered in Louisville, KY.

The Manager of Learning and Development will lead the design and creation of Catalyst Learning’s career development and education programs that are marketed to healthcare organizations across the U.S. In addition to managing content development projects, this position also serves as an individual contributor. Applicants must have at least 5 years of instructional design experience and 2 years of experience managing instructional design teams. Background in career coaching and development is desired.
